WARR ROCKETRY – HELICOPTER DROP TEST
Footage from our very first Helicopter Drop Test where we successfully tested out our Drogue Parachute by dropping a mass simulator equipped with an array of sensors from a height of 300m with the help of a helicopter! We saw the successful deployment of the first stage of our recovery system😍🪂 🚁
This test consisted of a lot of efforts and coordination over a number of months. A huge thanks goes out to Flying Emotions GmbH for their time and efforts. We would also like to thank Arnold Stahlhandels GmbH and Roger&Over Sprechfunkgeräte GmbH for supplying the raw steel for the test body and radio equipment for the test and kudos to our Electronics and Recovery sub teams and the ground support team🙏
